What is your return policy for international orders?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in unworn, original condition with all packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Can Solovair boots be resoled?
Yes, because our footwear is Goodyear welted, the soles can be replaced by a skilled cobbler. We also offer a dedicated resoling service at our Northamptonshire factory for UK-based customers.
