At NPS Solovair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear. If your boots or shoes are not the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in unworn, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
